Many steakhouses boast a great lineup of quality steaks, and Giancarlo’s is no exception. But what sets Giancarlo’s apart is our preparation and presentation. Giancarlo’s only uses USDA Prime, Certified Angus, or Wagyu beef - all trimmed to very rigid specifications. After light seasoning, we cook our steaks in a 1400° broiler to create a beautifully charred exterior with a tender interior served perfectly at the desired temperature. A Giancarlo’s steak dinner is completed with our uniquely prepared side dishes.

Giancarlo's is centrally located for all of Western New York. Located on Main Street off of the I-290, we are only minutes away from the airport and downtown Buffalo.
Our experience was absolutely fantastic in every way! I do believe I have a new favorite restaurant in Buffalo. Our waiter Frank P. was outstanding! He was friendly, accommodating and enthusiastic. Our meal was sensational. I highly recommend this restaurant!
